Nope! You can stop using RSS™ at any time. We don't lock you into any long term commitment.
Do I need a payment processor?
You don't need to already have a payment processor. As part of your account setup, we'll guide you through setting up deposits to your bank account.
Do I need equipment?
If you have a computer, phone or tablet with an internet connection, you can use RSS™. You can optionally purchase additional equipment if you prefer.
What if I don't like it?
We know you will. But if you don't, just let us know and we'll refund your setup fee. No questions asked.
How much training will my staff need?
We built RSS™ so that your staff can learn to use it in about 15 minutes.
How many members can I have in my program?
There is no limit to how many members you have or how much money you process with your account.
Do you charge fees on money spent in-store?
No! We only charge a fee on memberships paid to you by your customer through RSS™. Money spent when the customer visits your store is all yours!
Are there any other fees?
No! Your flat rate fee includes all processing, maintenance, setup and development costs that should arise. The 10% fee includes Stripe's processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 and RSS™ fees of 7%.
